About artificial intelligence

Draft pending legal review. Items in brackets are still to be completed.
1. Where AI is used
Structuring an imported CV, help writing a job post, assisted reading of an application against a job, first drafts of occupation pages, summaries of tender specifications, help writing a project brief or a quote, first drafts of sales emails, tailoring a CV to a job, interpreting a search written in everyday language.
2. Principles
AI suggests, a person decides: every suggestion is reviewed before use and no hiring decision is automatic. No score or percentage is given to candidates.
Suggestions are checked against the source text: a skill, experience or figure missing from your profile is discarded.
3. Data sent
Only the necessary text is sent to the provider (Anthropic's Claude API); your contact details and identity are not. Content is not used to train models under the provider's terms [to confirm].
4. Without AI
Every feature remains usable without AI. To challenge a suggestion or report an error: [email protected].
