Terms of use

Last updated: 25 October 2026

Draft pending legal review. Items in brackets are still to be completed.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Joobrio: job search and applications, recruiting, professional network, company reviews, occupation and salary guide, training, freelance projects and tenders. By creating an account, you accept them.

2. Account

Account information must be accurate; a confirmed email address is required to post. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Two-factor authentication is offered to everyone and required for Joobrio staff.

Joobrio may suspend an account for fraud, impersonation, unlawful content or a serious breach of these terms; the person is informed and may appeal to [email protected].

3. Candidates

Your profile is private by default. You choose to make it visible to recruiters or public. When you apply, the company receives a frozen copy of your file (profile, chosen CV, message, answers); you can withdraw an application at any time.

Joobrio never posts on your behalf and never sends an application without your action.

4. Companies and recruiters

Jobs must describe a real position, without discriminatory criteria (age, sex, origin, religion, family status, appearance, health) and without any fee charged to candidates. When given, the salary states the currency, period and whether it is gross or net.

Jobs from an unverified company are reviewed before publication. A company can claim its page and the jobs listed by Joobrio; claims are verified.

Candidate data received may only be used for the recruitment concerned; it must not be resold or used for marketing.

5. Posted content and moderation

Posts, comments, reviews and messages must respect the law and people: no insults, harassment, other people's personal data, requests for money for a job or misleading content. Reported content or likely scams may be hidden pending moderation.

6. Training, projects and tenders

Joobrio connects people: the learner and the training provider, the client and the freelancer, the buyer and the company. Joobrio is not a party to the contracts concluded and no payment goes through the platform at this stage. Public tenders are taken from official sources; only the official notice is authoritative.

7. Paid plans

A free plan is always available. Paid plans, credits and services are invoiced in Tunisian dinars, with VAT and stamp duty as required by law. When a plan ends, jobs beyond the free quota are paused, never deleted.

Payment never buys a better ranking presented as organic or the removal of a review. All paid content is labeled “Sponsored”.

8. Artificial intelligence

Some features offer AI-generated suggestions (see the dedicated page). A person always reviews them before use; no hiring decision is made automatically.

9. Liability

Joobrio uses reasonable means to keep the service available and secure, without guaranteeing results. Joobrio is not responsible for the decisions of recruiters, providers, clients or buyers, or for the accuracy of what they publish.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Tunis have jurisdiction. Significant changes are announced at least 15 days in advance.
