Cookies and trackers

1. Essential cookies

joobrio_session: keeps you signed in (30 days). joobrio_mfa: sign-in waiting for the second factor (5 minutes). These cookies are required for the service and cannot be refused.

2. Source measurement

jb_ref and jb_acq: when you arrive through a newsletter or campaign link or from another site, the source of that first visit (source, campaign, landing page) is kept for 30 days to count, in aggregate, the accounts and companies created thanks to it. No identifier, no cross-site tracking.

Visits are counted without cookies: a daily fingerprint, computed on the server and renewed every day, avoids counting the same person twice; neither the IP address nor the browser is stored.

3. No third-party trackers

Joobrio uses no third-party advertising tracker, no third-party analytics and no social buttons that follow you. Ad frequency caps rely on an anonymized server-side fingerprint deleted after 2 days.

4. Browser settings

You can delete cookies from your browser; deleting essential cookies signs you out.
